United States Army 3rd NCO Academy Unit Crest (Lead By Example)
Criteria: This is the unit crest for the 3rd NCO Academy. It is the Seniors Leaders Course (SLC). It used to be called the Advanced Noncommissioned Officers Course. Unit crests are worn on the Army's Dress Blue (ASU) uniform and Army's Service Green uniform.
