United States Army 48th Infantry Regiment Unit Crest (Dragoons)
Criteria: These distinctive unit insignia (DUI) are worn by the 48th Infantry Regiment headquartered at Ft. Leonardwood, MO. Dragoons is their motto and Blood and Guts is their nickname. Approved for wear in 1958. Unit crests are worn on the Army Service Uniform (ASU) and Army Class A Uniform (Greens).
