United States Army 56th Signal Battalion Unit Crest (Debit Verbum Transire)
Criteria: These distinctive unit insignia (DUI) are worn by the 56th Signal Battalion. Debit Verbum Transire is their motto and means The Message Must Go Through. Approved for wear in 1941. Unit crests are worn on the Army Class A Uniform (Greens) and Army Service Uniform (ASU).
