United States Air Force Metallic Name Plate
Overall dimensions of this name plate are 3/4" x 3". As specified by the United States Air Force, the name plate is constructed out of a .025" silver nickel brass shell that wraps around a plastic insert. For this badge, the USAF requires engraved block letters with a height of 1/4". The letters are then paint-filled with a specific USAF engraving enamel.
