Criteria: General officers: Wear the badge, representative of the organization's mission, upon entering a headquarters staff or command position.
Officers: Wear the badge after completing Chaplain requirements at the Air Force Chaplain Service Institute. The badge is worn above the left pocket, centered above ribbons (if worn).
Enlisted: Like officers, enlisted personnel wear the badge after completing Chaplain requirements at the Air Force Chaplain Service Institute. The badge is worn above the left pocket, centered above ribbons (if worn).
