D.O.T. Secretary's Award For Outstanding Achievement Ribbon
Criteria:
The D.O.T. Secretary's Award for Outstanding Achievement Ribbon is awarded in the name of the Secretary of the Department of Transportation to any service member of the United States Coast Guard who shows exceptionally meritorious service while preforming their duties, accomplishing specific acts of outstanding achievement or exhibit distinctive conduct in the service of the Nation.
