Criteria: This shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) is worn by the Delaware Army National Guard, Joint force Headquarters (DE ARNG). Headquartered in Wilmington, DE since 1948. Patch measures 3" wide by 2" high with hook and loop fasteners. Worn on the Scorpion (OCP) and/or Multicam (OEF-CP) Army Combat Uniform (ACU). Sold individually.
