Criteria:

The Dominican Campaign Medals was created on December 29th, 1921 to commemorate the service of members of the Navy and Marine Corps who served in the Dominican Republic from May 5th to December 4th, 1916. The Campaign was to provide protection for American and Haitian diplomatic personnel after the outbreak of political unrest in the area. There are no approved devices for the award, and was bestowed only once.
