United States Army Honor Guard Multicam (OCP) Tab
Criteria: This shoulder tab is worn by the U.S. Army Honor Guard. Part of the SSI of the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) and other selected units with ceremonial duties. Patch measures 3-3/4" wide by 2" high with hook and loop fasteners. Worn on the Scorpion (OCP) and/or Multicam (OEF-CP) Army Combat Uniform (ACU). Sold individually.
