Criteria: This is the Illinois National Guard Military Attendance Ribbon. This ribbon is awarded to members for continuous perfect attendance over a period of 24 consecutive months, including attendance credit for all scheduled training assemblies and annual training periods scheduled during the 24-month period. This award may be earned more than once and is shown by Arabic numeral devices.
