United States Army Kansas National Guard Class A Patch
Criteria: This is the full-color, class A patch for the Kansas National Guard. The patch is a circle approximately 2 1/2" in diameter. The main design is of a sunflower set against a dark backdrop. The sunflower is a traditional symbol of the state of Kansas. The dark background represents the original territory as part of the Louisiana Purchase. Also called shoulder sleeve insignia, this item is designed for wear on the Army Service Green Uniform and is sold individually.
