This is the Kansas National Guard Counter Drug Service Ribbon. Presented to members of the Kansas National Guard who preform counter drug operations which include supply and demand reduction as well as assisting those who suffer with substance abuse. For second and subsequent awards, a sunflower device is bestowed.
