United States Army Michigan National Guard Unit Crest (With Honor We Serve)
Criteria: This item is the unit crest of the Michigan National Guard. The unit's motto, "With Honor We Serve," is emblazoned along the sides and lower edge of the design. The griffin is a traditional heraldic symbol of readiness and vigilance. The fleur-de-lis alludes to the Michigan territories origins as a French settlement before being brought into the United States.
