New Jersey National Guard Desert Storm Ribbon
On March 20, 1991, Governor James J. Florio signed Executive Order 29, creating the New Jersey Desert Storm Medal to honor New Jersey residents who served honorably on active duty in the United States Armed Forces during Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm.
