Criteria: This item is the Oklahoma National Guard Long Service (20-Year) Medal Ribbon. This medal is awarded for twenty or more years of service in good standing with the Oklahoma National Guard. Subsequent service will be recognized with different medals for each five year period yet only the most recently awarded may be worn. This item is sold individually.
