Oregon National Guard Faithful Service Ribbon
Criteria: The Oregon Faithful Service is awarded to members of the Army and Air National Guard. The award can be given for both time served in the service (both active and reserve) as well as mobilizations. The mobilization "M' device is authorized for personnel who have performed service on active duty in support of a designated military operation, on or before August 1st 1990. Additional mobilizations will be represented by Arabic numerals. Service-time awards are represented by a combination of hourglasses and star devices representing increments of 10 and 5 years, respectively.
