Public Health Service Commendation Medal Ribbon
Criteria:
The Public Health Service Commendation Medal is an award of the Department of Health and Human Services that recognizes an officer for rising to a level of proficiency and dedication greater than what is expected of the average officer. While this is considered a civilian award it is approved for wear on all military uniforms.
