Republic of Vietnam National Order Medal 5th Class Ribbon
The Republic of Vietnam National Order Medal 5th Class was a decoration presented by South Vietnam to recognize military personnel and civilians who contributed to the Vietnamese War by performing extraordinary and exception achievements in work, bravery, virtue or knowledge. It is the highest honor that could be bestowed on an individual by the Republic of Vietnam.
