Space Force Command Badge
This metal badge represents the Air Force Commander's Insignia, also known as the Commander's Badge, worn by Space Force officers who hold an established command billet — such as Squadron, Group, or Wing Commanders, or Detachment Commanders in ROTC. To be eligible, an officer must hold a permanent assignment in a command billet, normally at the rank of Major or above.
The design features an eagle with wings displayed, set above a shield accented with stars, reflecting the officer's command authority. Struck in metal with a detailed, dimensional finish, this badge is worn above the name tag on the service dress uniform while the officer is a current commander, and may be worn below the name tag once the command assignment is complete. Available in full and miniature sizes.
