Vermont National Guard Meritorious Service Ribbon
This is the Vermont National Guard Meritorious Service Ribbon. It is awarded to members of the Vermont National Guard who serve with distinction through selfless and exceptional service. This award is specifically bestowed to members who show meritorious achievement, but for service that cannot meet the requirements for the Vermont National Guard Commendation. For subsequent awards, an Oak Leaf Cluster will be presented.
