Virginia National Guard Service Ribbon
This is the Virginia National Guard Service Ribbon. It is awarded to any personnel of the Virginia National Guard who had one year of perfect attendance at monthly and semi-annual weekend training assemblies. A silver star device is added at 5 and 10 years of perfect attendance.
