World War I Victory Medal Ribbon
The World War I Victory Medal (WWIVM) is presented to members of the U.S. Armed Forces who meet the qualifying parameters as follows: Any military service from April 6, 1917 - November 11, 1918; Service in European Russia from November 12, 1918 - August 5, 1919 or Service with the American Expeditionary Force Siberia from November 23, 1918 - April 1, 1920.
