Awarded to a Young Marine who successfully executes the Enabling Objectives and Performance Requirements listed in the Performance Qualification Review for Performance Objective 5 Drug Prevention and Resistance. There are four levels for this award.
- Level 1 for the Basic Young Marines
- Level 2 for the Junior Young Marines
- Level 3 for the Senior Young Marine
- Level 4 for the Advanced Young Marine
