"The product was great and was delivered in timely manner But the machine program was a little challenging For example, it would time out as I was searching for all my ribbons It took me an hour and a half to locate eight of the ribbons because every time it timed out I had to start all over again The only thing that saved me was the representative of the company just happened to be at the store and she helped me find all 10 ribbons. I really appreciated that thank you very much."
