United States Navy E-4/5/6 Personnel Specialist Rating Badge
Criteria: Worn by Personnel Specialists (PS) with ranks from Petty Officer 3rd Class (E-4) to Petty Officer 1st Class (E-6). Personnel Specialists typically provide assistance and information for enlisted personnel to navigate opportunities within the Navy. They have information regarding counseling, education opportunities and promotion requirements. They are also responsible for upkeep of records, preparing reports and maintaining files.
