"Although they were a little slow to begin communication with me USAMM proved to be worth the wait! Upon the death of my father, a WWII veteran, I found his discharge papers and decided to have a shadow box and flaf display built to honor his US Army service. I contacted USAMM and they aided me with most aspects of my request. In the area where they could not they directed me to where I would be able to and I was. USAMM developed a tenative design, left room for what I needed to add, and sent the design to me for approval. I was very impressed and quckly approved the order. In just a few days the shadow box and flag was received and it was better than anticipated. I do recommend that you accept the flag from USAMM rather than apptempting to use the casket flag you will receive at the burial due to the variances in flag sizes."
