Criteria: This full color shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) is worn by the 1st Armored Division. A part of III Corps and based in Fort Bliss, TX. Originally approved in 1940 without the Old Ironsides tab, authorized as a separate item in 1956, and finally changed to one piece in 1970. Measures 4" wide by 4" high. Worn on the Army Class A Uniform (Greens). Sold individually.

- Hi I was in the 1st armored at Bliss from 99-03 I'm trying to get all my old units, patches etc I want to know if theses are iron on Velcro or something else? Much appreciated -jason c
