Criteria: This full color shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) is worn by the 3rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command. Approved in 1952 for the 3rd Logistical Command, redesignated in 1974 for the 3rd Support Command (3rd COSCOM) and finally for the 3rd ESC in 2007. Patch measures 2" in diameter for wear on the Army Class A Uniform (Greens).
