Originally approved for wear in 1974 for the 48th Infantry Brigade and redesignated in 2007. Nicknamed Lightning Brigade and headquartered in Macon, GA. Patch measures 2-1/2" wide by 3-1/2" high for wear on the Army Class A Uniform (Greens). Sold individually.
