"I wanted a new ribbon with an "E" device attached. What I ordered was 100% delivered. They did an outstanding job overall, and I would highly recommend their service. Much better than anything I could do myself. My only feedback (and why I give 4/5 stars) is that for me to order a single ribbon, I also had to order – and pay for – a "single award ribbon rack". This is only a slight annoyance as I had to remove the ribbon from that small rack in order to add it to my bigger rack. In an ideal world, I would like to order ribbons and pay to have them assembled with the appropriate devices, but then *only* get the ribbon shipped to me (without a ribbon rack) so that I can just simply slide the ribbon onto my pre-existing rack. Besides that, I have no complaints with the service."
