Established on June 1, 1963, the Air Force Good Conduct Medal (AFGCM) is a bronze decoration awarded to enlisted members of the United States Air Force who demonstrate exemplary conduct, efficiency, and fidelity. To earn the medal, an Airman must complete three years of continuous active service (or one year during wartime) while maintaining a clean disciplinary record free of Non-Judicial Punishment or legal infractions. The medal’s design features an American eagle perched upon a closed book and a Roman sword, encircled by the words "Efficiency, Honor, Fidelity," and is suspended from a sky-blue ribbon with red, white, and dark blue edges. Although briefly discontinued in 2006, the award was reinstated in 2009 due to its significance to the enlisted force, and subsequent periods of qualifying service are now recognized through the use of bronze and silver Oak Leaf Clusters.

"Well made and assembled. I am happy with the product."
"The medal was perfect, but I should have paid closer attention to what I was ordering. I needed a pin that would slide onto a miniature medal display bar and the one I ordered had its own pin backing. When I removed the back, this of course caused the fabric of the medal to become loose. I did manage to get it on the bar but will have to be mindful about the loose material. Unfortunately for me, this wasn't the only medal I order that had its own pin on the back."
"Amazing, well built and mounted to perfection. Thank you"
"Great quality!!"
"Awesome."
"Great customer service! Excellent job and fast turnaround on medals and ribbons with devices!!"
"Overall it looks nice. The only issue I had was that while I was putting the rack on my jacket one of the medallions fell off. It was an easy fix to put it back on the ring and then use some needle nose pliers to close the gap that originally had allowed the medallion to fall off. First impression is just needed a little more attention to detail."
"Thank you USAMM. The medals I purchased for my wife's Shadow Box are OUTSTANDING! Well done. Much appreciated. Highly Recommend!"
