"A colleague died and I had 3 days to get my blues together with standard medals. I placed an order and accidentally noticed an error in my shipping address. So I called (thank you for having a number on your front page), and spoke with a lovely woman (thank you for having humans answer your phone). She noted that the shipping pickup for the day hadn’t gone out yet. She put someone on my order right away (thank you to whomever that was), and my order made it out same day, arriving just in time for the funeral. It was perfectly arranged and ready to just pin on. Q&A
- Does this have a brooch or the two pin attachment? I am looking to mount this in a flag shadow box case and would prefer the two pin attachment.
- The Army Commendation medal comes with two pins on the back.
- Is it possible to build a rack with authorized medals and commemorative medals in appropriate sequence?
- We can definitely mount official and unofficial awards together. The EZ Rack Builder (www.ezrackbuilder.com) will put any commemorative awards at the end, but there's virtually no guidance on the order of precedence within those commemorative medals. If you want them organized differently than they appear online, give us a call after you place the order and we can configure it however you'd like.
