Q&A
- My Army Badges are not displayed, I need Army Basic Jump Wings and Rigger wings
- In the 'Select Badges' section you'll see 7 tabs. Under Group 4 and Group 5 Badges, you should find what you're looking for.
- If no rank is chosen does it come with the Velcro still on it since I’d like to keep this uniform for awhile and not have to retailer it any more than I need to.
- Our tailors SHOULD leave the velcro on the rank section of the jacket, but it would not hurt to leave a note about that as well. In your shipping cart you will find a place to leave Special Instructions. There, you can note that you'd like no rank sewn on but you'd like us to leave the velcro on for rank to be added yourself.
- How long do orders usually take to be created and sent?
- We ship the vast majority of our tailored combat uniforms within a business day. If there is an expected delay for any reason, we would reach and inform you of this by phone.
- Is OCP camo the same as Multicam?
- It is not. They are very similar, but with some noticeable differences. The OCP is the current pattern being worn by Army and Air Force personnel, while the MultiCam has been phased out.
- for the OCP uniform builder can you do it with the new hot weather uniform, as am in Saudi Arabia
- At this point we are not offering this service. There is a huge demand for these uniforms, which are being manufactured currently. We're already waiting weeks a time for orders to come in so adding tailoring services to those uniforms would further (and more significantly) delay their delivery time.
