- The arrowhead device comes with two prongs in the back. Those prongs stick through the fabric of the medal or ribbon and are bent to secure the device in place.
- My father was awarded a bronze arrowhead for combat jump into Holland. What service medal would the bronze arrowhead be attached too.
- It was most likely the EAME (European-African-Middle-Eastern Campaign Medal. This medal covers a very large geographic region during WWII and can also take the Arrowhead Device.
