California National Guard Enlisted Trainers Excellence Ribbon

Criteria: This is the California National Guard Enlisted Trainers Excellence Ribbon (CAETER). It is awarded to enlisted soldiers and airmen that have excelled in the preparation, conduct and evaluation of training, and have met the training objectives as stated in their Unit Training Programs. This award can be earned more than once and is shown by bronze, silver, and gold oak leaf clusters.
