Q&A

How many letters/spaces per line
This depends on whether or not you've selected larger text for the particular line as well as on the letters and punctuation being used. On lines using the larger font option, there's space for about 20 characters. When using the smaller font option, there is room for approximately 23. If the text looks too tight or will not fit, a customer service rep will reach out and discuss modifications.
Do you engrave larger plates? I need (1) 5 x 2" brass plate and (1) 5 x 4" plate. If you do I can send you the information I need on each plate.
At this point we only engrave the plates that we carry.
