"I’m so pleased with USAMM. I ordered 10 pins for a memorial service. When they hadn’t shipped as expected, I reached out via email and received a quick response. USAMM was so accommodating shipping out the pins they had in stock and then overnight shipped the remainder when they were restocked. We have all 10 this morning for a very heartbreaking service remembering a 17 year old who lost his battle with cancer. He wanted to be an aerospace engineer and the particular jet pin was his favorite one. My son and nine other young men will be wearing the pins at his memorial service and throughout their senior year to honor their friend who was unable to fulfill his dreams. My son really wanted to do this and we are so thankful the pins are here on time."
