Hawaii National Guard Operation Kokua Ribbon

Criteria: This is the Hawaii National Guard Operation Kokua Ribbon. This ribbon is awarded to any member of the Hawaii National Guard who served the State in the planning, execution, and closure phases of Operation Kokua from November 17, 1996 to November 30, 1996, on the island of Oahu. Members who received the State Active Duty ribbon as a result of Operation Kokua should also receive this award.
