Criteria: This product is the unit crest of the Illinois National Guard. The unit's motto, "We Accommodate," is emblazoned prominently along the lower edge of the design. The building depicted in the design is a battlement of Fort Dearborn which is one of the earliest military outposts in Illinois. The acorn and sprig of oak symbolize bravery and allude the state tree of Illinois. Also called distinctive unit insignia, this item is made specifically for wear on the Army Dress Blue (ASU) Uniform.
