Indiana National Guard Commendation Ribbon

This is the Indiana National Guard Commendation Ribbon. The ribbon is awarded to personnel who distinguish themselves by exceptionally meritorious service or achievement. The required meritorious service or achievement, while lesser degree than that required for the Indiana Distinguished Service Medal, must nevertheless be accomplished with distinction.
