This is the Indiana National Guard Emergency Service Ribbon. This ribbon is awarded to any commissioned officer, warrant officer, or enlisted member of the Military Forces who honorably served on State Active Duty during a time of a state emergency determined by the Governor or Adjutant General. This award can be earned more than once and is shown by Arabic numeral devices.
