Outstanding customer service

"I've ordered many decals from them over the years as the vehicles I've owned have come and gone. The items persistently arrive in outstanding condition and if there's ever been an issue (like the wrong border color, for example) it is always corrected swiftly without any hassle. I will continue to purchase from them as long as I continue to upgrade my vehicles throughout my life. I highly recommend USAMM for any decals as I have been using them for over the last ten years."

Q&A

I am sure working my way through the ordering process that you sent me exactly what I asked for. However, I wanted what you did in the smaller size you've done for me before. The one I got is far to large for what I need to use it for. Now I cannot afford to order it again. Again, this is likely on me but, you need to highlight in the ordering process what size I am asking for.
Hi Michael, it looks like you did, in fact, order a large ribbon rack sticker, which is listed on the site as 7.5" wide. We can definitely duplicate what you ordered previously (4-in wide) and I can offer you 50% off and free shipping, Let me know if that works for you and I will get it set up.
