Excellent Product - Mini Medals and Mini Ribbon Bars
"Ordered both mini medals and mini ribbon bars for upcoming 2025 USMC Ball in DC. I initially only wanted the mini ribbon bars and ordered those. Then a few minutes decided to order the mini medals. That was two separate orders. I received an order confirmation with both. Then a few hours later, I received a credit for shipment because USAMM noticed the orders were from the same buyer. Likely an employee noticed the orders were both from me and shipped to the same location. That employee decided to execute one shipment for both orders rather than just let it be, because I did execute two separate orders and really didn’t expect otherwise. Well, that little gesture made a big impression. A company with integrity and doing the right thing by a customer. Whoever caught that and did me the solid, I thank you. Semper Fi."

"It is refreshing in today's America to call a business and get a real English-speaking person who knows what they're doing and helps you with whatever issue you have. Such it was with USAMM. I mistakenly ordered large medals instead of small, so I called them up expecting to have to pay for them, but they were prepared to have me send them back and reissue the small ones. But as I looked at the quality work they'd done, I decided to keep the large ones for a shadow box and get the miniatures too (photo attached). The veteran-friendly folks at USAMM are courteous, competent, do quality work and stand behind their products. I'd give 'em six stars..."
