United States Army MEDDAC Fort Sill Unit Crest (Life And Health)
Criteria: These distinctive unit insignia (DUI) are worn by the Medical Department Activity (MEDDAC), Fort Sill. Originally approved in 1971 for the U.S. Reynolds Army Hospital and redesginated in 1973. Life and Health is inscribed on each crest. Unit crests are worn on the Army Service Uniform (ASU) and Army Class A Uniform (Greens).
