This is the full-color shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) worn by Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention personnel on the Class A dress uniform (Army Green Service Uniform). Officially designated as a Shoulder Sleeve Insignia-Military Operations in Hostile Conditions (SSI-MOHC), this patch was approved on 12 October 2007. It identifies soldiers assigned to recruiting and retention duties, marking their mission of enlisting and retaining qualified personnel for the National Guard.
