"I ordered 10 items online. Six days later the order arrived. One of the items had been replaced by something I didn’t order. I called USAMM, was on hold less than a minute. The rep said he would send the correct item. Surprisingly, they overnight shipped it to me. I called again about what to do with the wrong item. On hold for 30 seconds. The rep emailed me a prepaid shipping label while I was still on the phone with him. They are so responsive that I will do all my future medal business with them despite the problem."
