A standard deployment is considered 90 consecutive days or two periods of at least 80 days within a 12 month period. Additional awards of the ribbon are represented by wearing a Bronze Star device on the service ribbon.

- How do I add stars?
- If you're looking for loose ribbons with devices attached (meaning, not mounted together like it would be on the uniform), then go ahead and add the ribbon to your cart and search the site for the device you need. We list them as bronze star, double bronze star, etc...Once you've added the device you need to the cart, scroll down and find the Special Instructions box. There, you can note that you'd like the device attached to the ribbon before it ships. As long as there are 5 or fewer ribbons, we will do so at no charge.
