"It was great to see the offering of a state award! But NJ has new awards that service members are being awarded but are unavailable on the site. The ribbon the state issues is a much lesser quality that stands out compared to the quality USANM offers and it is obvious. The NJ GWOT medal is the bottom right and is a stark difference from the great quality from USAAM."
