This is the New Mexico National Guard Medal of Merit Ribbon. Awarded to members of the New Mexico National Guard who provide meritorious service to the state of New Mexico. For subsequent awards bronze oak leaf clusters are presented. For 6th award a silver oak leaf cluster is affixed to the ribbon.
