This is the New Mexico National Guard Outstanding Service Ribbon. Awarded to members of the New Mexico National Guard who puts forth effort that is above and beyond the "normal" call of duty. The service must be notable enough to draw attention and praise to the individual. For second and subsequent awards, oak leaf clusters (bronze and silver) are presented.
